| The Part A in the diagram means the device for feeding, mixing and vacuumizing of resin, accelerator and filler; the Part B in the diagram means the device for merging and mixing with base color, MEKPO and pattern color and injecting into mold after the material mixing and vacuumizing at Part A.
Generally, the old solid surface material plants are equipped with the device of Part A. The solid surface material with pattern can be produced by means of continuous casting if the device of Part is purchased as a support. If so, a radical technical progress can be made for the casting of basin-type products, with the "pouring" changed to "injecting". The basin manufactured by such method is free of air bubble in both internal and external sides, looking very compact, so that the productive efficiency is doubled.
