The continuous casting production line of solid surface material can feed materials automatically; resin, ATH, grains and pigment are provided respectively by the feed system; the trigger system (MEKPO, accelerant) is injected by injection gun, with the accuracy at 0.01% for 24-hr continuous casting. Each process is monitored with remote computers. The system stores more than 250 preparation ratios and can design as required by customers. The standard continuous casting volume of solid surface material is at 10-40Kg/min (1-2min/one sheet cast). Compared with the intermittent model, this machine can fill in more filling fillers by means of hi-temperature mixing of screw--thickness variation is at 0.1mm; the sanding volume of sanding thickness-setting procedure can be reduced by 50-60%; 3-5Kg raw material can be saved for each single sheet and 2/3 manpower can be saved. The gel time is shortened to 6 or 7min from 15~25min. With the continuous casting, the pattern is even and stable, while grain is vivid, so as to eliminate the irregularity of manual operation. The continuous casting line is applicable to the volume production.
